Automate the manual work that eats your team's week
The recurring reports, forms, timesheets, and quotes someone retypes by hand every month — Agentas turns them into software that does the work, feeds your existing systems, and runs on its own.
What you gain
Hours back, every month
The task that eats a day each month stops eating it. We target the recurring, rule-based work first, because that is where the time actually is.
Fewer manual errors
Copy-paste between systems is where mistakes creep in. Software does the same steps the same way every time, with a log of what it did.
Systems that talk to each other
We connect the tools you already pay for — accounting, CRM, spreadsheets, e-mail — so data moves between them without a person in the middle.
It keeps running
Automation is only worth it if it is still working in six months. We operate what we ship, with monitoring, so you find out from us, not from a missed deadline.
How we build it
We start from the task, not the technology: what gets typed, from where, to where, and how often. Small, rule-based, recurring work is automated first — a pipeline that pulls the data, applies the rules, and writes the result into the system you already use. Where judgement is needed, an LLM does the reading and drafting, with the boundaries drawn explicitly and a person kept in the loop for anything that matters.
This is not a slide deck about AI. Agentas already runs automation like this in production — a pipeline that pulls live vehicle telemetry into a database and files the monthly mileage and timesheet entries by itself, replacing a recurring manual task outright.

- One accountable engineer from brief to running system — no hand-offs, short lead times, quick iterations.
- Your data and your code stay yours; we document and can hand over anything we build.
- For sensitive data, the same automation can run as private, on-premise AI on your own hardware — an option we offer, not a box you have to take.
Vehicle telemetry automation, in production
A live pipeline that pulls vehicle telemetry into a structured database, then files mileage and timesheet entries to downstream business systems on a schedule — a recurring monthly manual task, gone. See it and the other systems we run in the AI & Innovation section.

Questions
How do I know a task is worth automating?
If it is recurring, rule-based, and someone does it by hand, it usually is. We give an honest read on feasibility and payback before you commit — if it will not pay off, we say so.
Do you replace the software we already use?
Usually not. Most automation connects the tools you already have rather than replacing them — accounting, CRM, spreadsheets and e-mail keep working, they just stop needing a person to move data between them.
Is our data safe?
Yes. We build with access control, logging and backups from the start, and for data that cannot leave the building we can run the whole thing on your own hardware. The same discipline we apply to industrial control systems.
What does it cost?
It depends on the task, and we scope it before you commit. Small automations are deliberately small — we would rather ship one that pays for itself quickly than sell a big project you do not need.
