Agentas Suite: the ten apps we run our company on
Mail, notes, hours, files, tenders, sales and more, built by Agentas as separate apps that look and work like one. Every app carries the same icon column, so any other app is one click or one keyboard shortcut away, and a Claude side panel works beside whichever app is open. We built it for our own use, and we build the same kind of suite for businesses.

What it does
One column in every app
Every app shows the same icon column on the left, in three groups for daily work, life and the business, with a colour per app and a ring round the one that is open. On a phone the same list opens as a sheet.
Keyboard first
Alt and a number jumps to any app, a right-click on an icon opens that app's own shortcuts, such as Compose or Drafts in Mail, and any app can open in a new tab.
Counts where you look
A browser extension puts the number of unread mails in every tab's title, and an app can report what is waiting for you, so its icon shows a count of things to do or a red mark when something failed.
Claude beside every app
A side panel runs Claude next to the open app. It reads that app's own documentation, can write mail replies into Gmail drafts but never sends them, offers choices as buttons and hands bigger tasks to a desktop session.
One design across five stacks
The apps are written in Node.js and TypeScript, Go, Python, plain JavaScript and a Cloudflare Worker, and they share one design system: the same type, the same spacing and the same tables with a menu on every column.
Each app stands alone
There is no central portal that can go down. Each app keeps its own sign-in, build and deploy, and a small sync script copies the shared column into each one, so a change to the suite is tested and shipped app by app.
Relevant if you're looking for…
Agentas Suite is our own set of tools, and we build the same kind of suite for businesses. It covers these needs.
- Internal tools that fit a small business's own work: mail, notes, hours, files and sales, each as an app made for how the company works.
- One place for all the company's apps: the same column of icons in every app, with counts of what is waiting and shortcuts into each one.
- AI inside your own tools: Claude works beside the open app through a side panel and through MCP servers, and a person sends what it drafts.
- Custom software built fast with AI: Mail and the timesheet each went from first commit to daily use in about eight days, built by one engineer working with Claude Code.

How an app joins
- 01
List
One entry in the shared app list: name, address, group, colour, icon and shortcuts.
- 02
Copy
A sync script copies the column into the app's own repository.
- 03
Mount
The app shows the column as the page renders and maps its own colours onto the shared ones.
- 04
Report
If it wants to, the app reports a count of what is waiting, which the extension reads about once a minute.
How it's built
The shared column is about 26 KB of TypeScript and 10 KB of CSS with no dependencies, and in Note it added less than 1 KB to the compressed download. The list of apps lives in one source file in the suite's repository, and each app builds, tests and deploys the copy it gets on its own.
It was built in October 2026 alongside the apps it connects. The suite's own tests check the column, and a separate run loads the real browser extension in headless Chromium against simple test apps to check the counts, the menus and the tab titles.
Engineering highlights
- Ten apps, five tech stacks, one shared column
- Every app keeps its own sign-in and its own deploy
- Alt and a number to jump to any app
- A Claude side panel that drafts but never sends
- Unit tests plus a browser run of the real extension
Questions
Can I buy Agentas Suite?
Not as a product. Agentas Suite is our own set of tools. We build the same kind of suite for businesses, with the apps your work needs, on your servers or ours.
Do the apps share one login?
No. Each app keeps its own sign-in, so each one stands on its own. The shared column only links them together.
Which apps are in it?
Mail, Note, Time and Cloud for daily work, Food, Drive and Watcher for life outside work, and GameOps, WebOps and Consult for the business.
