What it does
Every open public tender, in one place
An hourly harvest reads every open notice from Doffin's official API, plus EU-Supply and Artifik, and sorts them by sector. One measured run: 1,096 open notices in about a minute, with no AI cost.
Graded for your team
Claude reads each tender and rates the fit for every person on the team, using profile cards built from their CVs, so the best matches rise to the top.
Can we bid, and should we?
A company profile holds attests, certificates and finances. Mandatory requirements are checked in code, not left to the model, and scanned PDFs are read with OCR.
Drafted, priced offers
From an analysed tender to a draft offer. Prices are computed in code, offers move from draft to sent to won or lost, and export to PDF, Word or Markdown.

How it's built
Consult is one Node.js service with server-rendered pages: few moving parts, fast to load and easy to audit. Every customer account gets its own SQLite database file, so one customer's data is physically separate from the next, and an automated test checks every tenant table.
The AI does what AI is good at, reading and judging text. Anything that has to be right, such as prices and bid requirements, is computed in code.
